What Does The G In Pokemon Mean

Long live the university! u_u

Today I went to sign the contract Erasmus, I expected to receive a check and a "bon voyage" and instead I only received two bad news: the first is that the office Erasmus not know that I depart from ten days, despite my prof reference flow had sent a letter (I assume the responsibility of my right Erasmus), already quite a lot 'of time ago, to warn that I had changed the date of my departure. Clearly something was sent, since the University of Bucharest has sent me several emails, one of which is addressed to students arriving in September , then at least they, thankfully, know when they arrive.
However, this should not be a big problem, but it is problematic that I will not see a single euro of the scholarship until two months after my departure, so I leave with pockets nearly empty.
Now, the call Erasmus, in the section on economic benefits, is not never data specified when the money (obviously the money is considered taboo!): I have reread several times looking for this information, but I never found anything. A friend of mine had mentioned to me that they would not given all at once, and I thought I had, but I hoped that going to sign the contract, I would make an initial check. But no, my mom will have to go pick it up in two months.
Certainly my mother and my grandmother maybe send me some money, but it gives me a little annoyed, because we do not swim in gold: I knew that the scholarship I would not have been enough and sometimes I asked for money from home, I had also planned to find a job there for not weigh that much about them, but the idea of having virtually no money from me going into a rage. What is the point in sending an Erasmus student without giving him an advance even of the scholarship? They think we're all rich? Hopefully
other problems that do not jump out at the last minute ...
